چکیده

Multiphase vortices are widely present in the metallurgical pouring processes, chemical material extraction, hydroelectric power plant energy conversion, and other engineering fields. Its critical state detection is of great significance improving product yield resource utilization. However, multiphase vortex a complex dynamics problem with highly nonlinear features, its fluid-induced vibration-generation mechanism faces significant challenges. A fluid-solid coupling-based modeling method proposed to explore mass transfer process vorticity distribution mechanism. vibration-processing utilized discuss four flow-state transition features. vibration experiment platform established verify numerical results. It found that can better reveal vibration-evolution regularities coupling process. The flow field has maximum value water–oil–gas coupled process, induces pressure pulsation phenomenon, frequency amplitude much larger than water phase water–oil two-phase states. In generation state, increasing step structure high-frequency bands (45 Hz~50 Hz) random pulse components be used for online multiphase-coupling

A Multiphase Fluid-solid Model Based on the Level Set Method

The level set method provides a natural framework for modelling multiphase phenomena in a Eulerian basis. The method is based on the evolution of the signed distance function from interfaces between phases of the flow, and automatically captures complex topological changes of the free surfaces such as breaking and merging. We present an extension to the level set method for modelling the intera...

A Rational Spectral Problem in Fluid–solid Vibration

In this paper we apply a minmax characterization for nonoverdamped nonlinear eigenvalue problems to a rational eigenproblem governing mechanical vibrations of a tube bundle immersed in an inviscid compressible fluid. This eigenproblem is nonstandard in two respects: it depends rationally on the eigenparameter, and it involves non-local boundary conditions. Comparison results are proved comparin...

Parameter Analysis of Fluid-Solid Coupling for Wet Brake Disc

Due to the poor conditions of wet brake cooling and the high temperature of the working characteristics, this paper intended to introduce the oil film vadose between the brake linings, considered the variation of volume of grooves on the friction plate, and then proposes the three-dimensional transient dynamic response of fluid-solid coupling mathematical model. By parameter analysis of the dis...

Modeling of Vortex Induced Vibration based Hydrokinetic Energy Converter

Vortex Induced Vibrations (VIV) forms the basis of the hydrokinetic energy converter. With the increasing energy demand, there is a need for a significant shift to using clean and renewable sources of energy. VIV based hydrokinetic energy converter aims to harness aquatic energy from slow moving water currents. For modeling, a single cylinder system with single degree-of-freedom is considered. ...
